Ministry Resource Center
Located at the old school on the grounds of St. Peter Church, The Ministry Resource Center is a space for our ministries to use for meetings and projects.  It is one of the ways that Holy Family Parish is supporting our ministries so they can focus on growing as a family of God and assisting each person in becoming a disciple of Jesus Christ.
*The Ministry Resource Center was made possible by a generous donation of furniture from Franciscan Health Hammond.

Below you will find the rooms available for use by the ministries at Holy Family Parish.  Review the calendar and call Ava at the St. Peter office (219-362-2509) to schedule a room for your ministry.  The availability of a room in the calendar below does not guarantee that it is open.  You must call the office to guarantee your reservation.

Room Use Policy

We are happy that we can offer more meeting spaces for the ministries at Holy Family Parish.  The following are basic room use guidelines for everyone who utilizes the space at the Ministry Resource Center

  • Rooms must be booked through Holy Family Parish personnel and placed on the calendar by calling the St. Peter office (219-362-2509).
  • All messes must be cleaned up when you are done using the space.
  • Garbage cans and any other trash must be emptied into the large garbage cans in the gym.
  • Clean any surfaces used with wipes (provided in the room).
  • Use the cordless vacuum located in the hospitality room (just off the gym) to vacuum the room.  Empty the vacuum canister into the garbage when done.
  • Do not leave any materials in the room.
  • The heat must be turned back down to 65 degrees/ the AC must be turned off when you leave.
  • Turn off all lights and equipment when you leave.
  • Make sure the outside door to the facility is locked before you leave.
