    Prayer Commitment Form

    Take some time in prayer and reflection to determine the commitment you can make.

    In response to my baptismal call to continue the mission of Christ, and in gratitude for the gifts I have been given, I willingly commit today to make prayer a serious and daily part of my life.
    Prayers can be:  Meditation, quiet time in the car, a walk with God, talking the day over with God, an examination of conscience, memorized prayer, prayer of thanksgiving, spontaneous prayer, or:
