9-Day Novena for Life

Knights of Columbus 2024 9-Day Novena for Life at St. Peter Church, January 10th through the 18th, 2024, each evening at 6:00 PM. Please join us in prayer to ask for a conversion of our culture to Life. We seek for an openness to Life in every aspect and an end to a culture that too often embraces death.


Prayer Shawl Monthly Gathering

Do you knit or crochet? Join our group of lades for a social gathering while we knit shawls for those who need love, hope, and prayers. The Prayer Shawl Group meets on the third Tuesday of each month at 10:30am at the St. Peter Activity Center. If you knit or crochet and are interested in joining this ministry give Vickie Parrett 219-363-2083, Valerie Young 219-326-1308, or Donna Larson 219-362-6659 a call for more information.


Scripture Discussion: Explore the Word of God! 

  • Wed 8:45-10:15am at Sacred Heart Activity Center. We are currently studying Paul’s Letter to the Romans. Come for morning Mass and stay for the discussion.
  • Wed 6:30-8:00pm at St. Peter Ministry Resource Center (Mother Teresa room). We read and discuss next Sunday’s readings. This includes both New and Old Testament.

All are invited and encouraged to participate. There is no teaching, but we learn from one another. It is amazing what insights are shared.


Kingdom Builders Small Group

Ladies! You were made for holy friendship with other women in your community! Kingdom Builders Mosaic groups meet once per month for to share a reflections and dig deeper in our faith! Current Monthly Meeting Schedule: 2nd Thursday (10-11:30am) and 3rd Wednesday (10-11:30am) at the St. Joseph Adoration Chapel.

Men Growing in Discipleship

Men, join your brothers as we continue our journey into the discipleship of Jesus. It doesn't matter where you are on the journey, only that you desire to share it with your brothers! The men meet on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month at 7 PM in the St. Peter Ministry Center, Gianna Room. Contact Victor Stearns at 219-363-4313 for more information.


Fit Shepherds aims to help every man in our community be in the best physical and spiritual shape of his life. Fit Shepherds are formed through demanding workouts, fraternity, and discipleship. We meet every Saturday morning at 6:30am at the Boston Middle School outdoor track. All men 16 and older are welcome.


Fiat Fitness is a women's exercise group at Holy Family Parish that meets each week for prayer, movement, and fellowship. Women at all levels of fitness are welcome. Each session begins with prayer. Workouts are lead by different women, so you get something new each week.

Evening of Recolection for Men

All men are invited to join us for an Evening of Recollection for Men on the 4th Tuesday of each month from 7pm-9pm at Sacred Heart Church in LaPorte. Don’t miss this opportunity for confession, a 30-minute meditation provided by a priest of Opus Dei, time for silent prayer in front of the Blessed Sacrament, a short talk on a virtue or some aspect of Christian life, and Benediction.
